Duration of the Contract
Annual Maintenance contract period for the software
SchoolOutlook will commence on the day of
confirmation of order
and it is valid only for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of order.
Limitations
-
Modifications or customizations to the
SchoolOutlook software are not supported
by the Annual Maintenance Contract. Software maintenance deals with
providing services to ensure smooth functioning of the existing software;
modification deals with adding new features to the existing software.

The user is
periodically requested to take a back-up copy of volume of the data
entered.
Farahat & Co. will not be responsible for any data corruption due
to users misuse, due to power failure, or any other reasons unrelated to
the software package itself. In the case of the user having the back-up
Farahat & Co. will help to restore the lost data if possible. While
restoring there are chances of some files missing, if so, the user is
responsible for re-entering the missing data.
